A personal account must be created in order for an individual to apply for a scholarship or register for an event.

The first step in creating your individual account is to select the name of your organization from the pre-populated list.

• Step 1: Specify your organization.

Instructions: Type the first three letters of the name of your organization/employer or city name in the box below and click the Search button. To see a list of all the organizations in your state, select your state from the menu below and click the Search button.

Enter the organization's HUD Agency ID Number (if applicable).
