Stabilization | Bank of America | These scholarships are for non-profit organizations and municipalities involved in a HUD National Stabilization Program (NSP) or National Community Stabilization Trust (NCST) effort or other such programs. As part of the scholarship review process, you will be required to ask a series of question requiring that you describe the NSP, NCST or other efforts your organization is involved in. If other, you will be asked to describe the program, sponsor organization and source funding. |
