Through the National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling Training Program, NeighborWorks® America is hosting this training event specifically geared toward practitioners interested in building existing capacity in foreclosure intervention counseling.

 

This week of high-quality training provides practitioners with an opportunity to gain the latest professional development needed to effectively assist clients facing foreclosure.  The training event is open to staff of nonprofit housing counseling organizations. 

 

            Featured courses include:

·      HO345 Foreclosure Intervention and Default Counseling Certification, Part I

(5 day course)

·      HO103 Lending Basics for Homeownership Counselors (3 day course)

·      HO326 Advanced Residential Lending  (2 day course)

·      HO110 Introduction to Housing Counseling (2 day course)

·      HO107 Understanding Credit Scoring (1 day course)

·      HO211 Credit Counseling for Maximum Results  (2 day course)

·      HO320 Developing and Implementing an Effective Foreclosure Program

(2 day course)

 

Registration: This event is open to scholarship recipients only.  You cannot pay to attend this event and onsite registration will not be accepted.

 

You must apply for a scholarship using this site in order to attend the training event.  If a scholarship is awarded, you are automatically registered for the event, and will be sent logistic information.
