On this site you are applying for a scholarship.  If you are eligible to receive a scholarship and are awarded it, you status will change to 'APPROVED' and you will receive the confirmation and logisitcs information in the mail.

This scholarship is by invitation only.  You must have an invitation code in order to apply for this scholarship.

These scholarships are for non-profit organizations and municipalities involved in a HUD National Stabilization Program (NSP) or National Community Stabilization Trust (NCST) effort or other such programs.

 As part of the scholarship review process, you will be required to ask a series of question requiring that you describe the NSP, NCST or other efforts your organization is involved in.  If other, you will be asked to describe the program, sponsor organization and source funding.
