CounselorMax™ for Decision Makers and Administrators
Are you an Executive Director, Program Manager or Administrator who wants to fully utilize a client management system like CounselorMax™ in your agency to maximize process flow and reporting? In this course agency decision makers will learn how to:
- establish goals for success with CounselorMax™
- develop a plan for its implementation and
- use CounselorMax™ in a way that supports your current housing counseling operations
This course will show you how to harness the power of CounselorMax™ and support the unique needs of your agency. Designated CounselorMax™ administrators and managers will learn how to:
- set up your agency and create counselor roles within your database
- customize values so that the data fields yield important funding source information
- set up educational courses and events
- create and manage profiles for all of your clients
- compile customized reports and submit standard reports like the HUD 9902, NFMC reporting as well as the NeighborWorks Quarterly Compliance report.
